Shipping time - When my order will arrive?

To expedite the delivery time, our warehouse is working continuously to ship out all orders as fast as they can. Currently due the high demand, expected delivery time is 7-25 business days, but please allow up to three business day for our warehouse to process your order. 

Shipping may be delayed because of COVID-19.

We are unable to guarantee any delivery date on behalf of our shipping carrier, but as soon as the order is shipped out you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow during its journey towards your destination. If you haven't received this within three business days after you placed your order, please contact us.

I've received the wrong order

Uh-oh.... if you've received the wrong order, please send us a photo of the product you've received (the tag showing product code) as well as your order number, and we'll handle this as quickly as possible. 

I'm missing an item from my order

Many of our products are shipped in separate shipments because of packaging. 

Although they should arrive at the same time, occasionally the separate shipments may arrive at slightly different times. If you need to pick them up at a postal office, it is important that you provide both the shipping numbers. 

If you're in doubt, give us a shout by using the "Contact us", fill in your order number and the name of the product you believe is missing - we'll get to the bottom of it! 

Where's my order confirmation?

  • Your e-mail address was misspelled
  • The order confirmation went to your spam-folder
  • The order is not yet processed in our system

I need to cancel an existing order

We are sorry to hear you need to cancel an order you just made. Let us know if you need any more information on our products or if there's anything we can do to help.

One of our biggest priorities is making sure our family gets their hands on their products as soon as possible. This is why we work closely with our warehouse team to make sure there is little delay between ordering and shipping!

Because we want to get your order shipped and on its way as soon as possible, we are unable to change any orders made on our system once they have gone through the check out process. You can visit the return policy page here

I need to change my order / shipping details

Here at Chiaro, we work very hard with our warehouses to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Due to this, we are unable to change any orders made on our system once they have gone through the check out process

Once you get your shipping confirmation, you may be able to contact the shipping provider of your region and arrange for delivery in an alternate address.

Alternatively, you can wait for a missed delivery and pick it up from a customer pick up point.

In the worst case scenario where the parcel never finds its way to you, it will be returned to our warehouses and processed as a return. If that is the case, you will get refunded the full amount of the order.
